This site is exclusively for users and developers of LBNL’s Radiance lighting simulation software and related packages. Here is where the experts gather, and where you can become an expert yourself if you aren’t one already. Many of the older posts were inherited from the Radiance mailing-lists, which this easier-to-search forum replaces.

To access your account from the Radiance mailing list:

Click on the Log In button on the top-right of the page.

Now input the email address that you have been using for the Radiance mailing list, and then click on I forgot my password. You will receive an email shortly with a link to reset your password.

After entering the new password you are all set. By default discourse will send you a summary of the emails. If you like to get an email for each new topic or reply similar to a mailing list follow step 4.
Click on the circle on the top right of the page and click on your id. That will take you to your profile page. Now click on Preferences.

From the left tab click on Emails. You can activate the mailing list mode by selecting Enable mailing list mode at the bottom of the page.
