Ultraviolet analysis with RADIANCE

Dear all,

I need to analyze the amount of ultraviolet radiation that gets into a space
through the windows (natural light). Is it possible to do it with RADIANCE
somehow? I've been looking into the archive, and I know that some people
have been working with blue light as an alternative. However, is it possible
to go beyond the spectrum towards the ultraviolet by applying some
mathematical method (for example)? Does anyone have any suggestion?

Many thanks in advance!

Hi Adriana,

You need some measure of the quantity of ultraviolet light in daylight and the UV transmission of the windows, but in principle there is nothing to stop you from simulating shorter wavelengths than visible in Radiance. I don't know where you would find the appropriate quantities to use, however.
