Hello,
there is a nice database of the spectral reflectance of various materials at
ftp://ftp.eos.ncsu.edu/pub/spectra
in 2 nm and 10 nm increments from 390 nm to 730 nm. It includes Munsell chips as well as materials such as foliage, the human skin, fabric, and others.
