Hi,
what does this error message mean, and by what can it be caused? Is it possible that using inproper oconv parameters results in "zero ray direction in localhit"?
TIA+CU Lars.

Hi Lars,
This is one of those errors that's never supposed to happen, no matter what input you give to Radiance or how you set the parameters, and indicates either a bug in the code or corruption on its input (e.g., a messed up octree). I don't know what is causing the problem in your case, but you could try sending me your scene (to me not to the group) and I can have a look.
