I think that Greg mentioned in a recent email that they were close to having an electronic publishing solution ready. Maybe Greg give give you a sense of the time line?

As far as I know, there are no plans to distribute RwR in electronic form. We think we have found a print-on-demand service, however, by which we will be able to offer a hardback edition (minus color plates) for around $60. This all has to be finalized, and Chas Ehrlich is working on it. Write to him if you have further questions, or maybe Chas can give us an update posting.
