As far as I know, there are no plans to distribute RwR in electronic
form. We think we have found a print-on-demand service, however, by
which we will be able to offer a hardback edition (minus color plates)
for around $60. This all has to be finalized, and Chas Ehrlich is
working on it. Write to him if you have further questions, or maybe
Chas can give us an update posting.

Hi Guilio,

I think that Greg mentioned in a recent email that they were close to
having an electronic publishing solution ready. Maybe Greg give give
you a sense of the time line?
