Radiance Geometry Export to Rhino

[A very late note on this]

What I found worked best was:

rad2mgf file.rad | mgf2inv -vrml >file.vrml

Quite complex geometry came in very satisfactorily and Rhino (Mac WIP, v5) imported the resulting VRML without difficulty, creating Rhino meshes.

The following note from Greg must also be kept in mind:

MGF requires that identifiers begin with a letter, and they can't contain spaces. The rad2mgf program doesn't check to make sure identifiers are legal in MGF, so this is the problem. You need to rename material and modifier names that don't begin with a letter, or I need to update rad2mgf to fix identifiers.

Thank you, Greg.
