As far as I know, there is no BSDF (or BTDF/BRDF) for this film. It is
totally measurable in LBL's goniophotometer, though, as it's a nice small
and thin material.

Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can find the BTDF file or
function file (.cal) for the 3M prismatic film?

You can contact 3M directly for the BSDF files of the Daylight Film. I have
done this on a project recently.

Bayanda,
We've characterized some products from 3M and they have an imaging sphere
for characterizing products themselves. I'd suggest you ask them for data,
that way you're sure to get the most recent version of their products.
