Radiance conversion routines

As part of a project to support the analysis of architectural designs to identify potential mobility hazards to those with significant low vision, I wrote routines for converting Radiance .hdr files to PNG, JPEG, or TIFF formats. <https://github.com/visual-accessibility/radiance-conversion> has build-from-sources for Linux and MacOS, plus pre-compiled binaries for Windows.

If you are interested in the project itself, see <https://www.osapublishing.org/josaa/abstract.cfm?uri=josaa-34-4-583>.

+1 for this, Bill!

I played with the radiance-hdr-to-png translator and it's great.
