Radiance 6 spectral materials now on spectraldb.com

Hi all,

Thanks to some very kind work by Greg, the Spectral Materials Database now has Radiance 6 spectral definitions for every material. For example,

Hi Alstan,

I’m glad my rediscovery of your website was so timely! I started independently re-converting some of my spectral data when I ran across it again, saving me quite a bit of time munging together various data formats.

Speaking of which, if anyone out there has additional spectral data they wish to share, contact us and we’ll see if we can integrate it with Alstan’s DB.

This is a really nice way to find a representative material with measured data to back it up in your simulations.
