Hi folks,
I hope some of you could offer some insight to a non-Radiance question. We have an overseas client who is insisting on a (what we believe to be) very high minimum illuminance level for an outdoor promenade.
While we have the IES' recommendations to the contrary, I was wondering if any of you could recommend a source for illuminance standards abroad. The project is in Lebanon, but I'm interested in any sources here. Thanks in advance.

I see today is the 31st, so after today it will be official. I will miss the Radiance Workshop this year.
