Has anyone have modeled the CIE General 15 sky types in Radiance?
Can anyone give me some advice on how to model the CIE General Sky types?

P.S.: Peter, the 3rd-party software is difficult to find on
radiance-online, could it make a top level link on the left? Or am I
just not able to find it?
