Low-e reflective glazing modeling for an external reflection study

Hi Everyone,

I am new to Radiance and would like to have your guidance on how to model low-e reflective glazing for an external reflection study.

An example of a glass I would like to model is in the link below:

Viracon: VUE35-40 1" (25mm) Insulating - Viracon

I was thinking of BRTD function, but a bit lost on how to set it up in Radiance for low-e glazing. What approximation we should use for the diffusive reflection caused by the coating?

Could you please show me an example of modeling the glass properties in the link above in Radiance?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

There is a C-shell script called “glaze” that performs the necessary calculations for many single- and double-paned glazings, but it does not work under Windows. No one has written a Perl version of it, as far as I know.
