How to account for neutral density(ND) filter when calculating Luminance from HDR

Hi all,

I am using hdrgen to generate HDR. I then use its RGB primaries with the following equation to calculate luminance( I follow the steps from this Tutorial) :

However, since there is an ND2 filter mounted on the back of the camera lens, the output luminance values are not realistic.

How can I account for this filter in the calculations?

did you check the chapter " 2.3.6. Determination of the ND filter correction function" in the same tutorial ?
