Funny, I also just recently found them. Maybe they didn't have them online before? And I agree, esp. the Radiance Control Panel could be of some use for Win*-users.

Usually I am not so much in Windows software, but these are even not
linked in radiance-online, and there is some folks working on
windows-boxes out there.
