I've posted a five-phase simulation tutorial:

Also posted is a script that runs the two examples provided in the
tutorial. You need to have radiance installed, but that's about it. The
script downloads geometry and files needed for the simulation. It's
written in bash so it should work on Mac or Linux (sorry windows).
