I recently came across the discussion of modelling dew-point temperature correctly in the Perez Sky Models. I am aware that the -d option is available for gendaylit to account for dewpoint, but I am not sure if the publically available code for gendaymtx already includes this feature ?
This excellent paper by @David_Geisler-Morod1 and co tells me that they have modified epw2wea and gendaymtx to properly account for this.
@Greg_Ward I would be grateful if you could kindly include these developments to the latest Radiance head release as well ?
I (and many others) work a lot in climates where these effects could be significant, and including this feature will help the Radiance outputs agree better with our thermal (TRNSYS) sims which also have the Perez sky with dynamic dew point implemented.
