I am new to Radiance and I am looking for more information how to set up the Radiance simulation to calculate the required daylight metrics according to the national daylight requirements.

That’s a question with no simple answer. As you are new to Radiance, you may wish to review some of the relevant material on the NLITED e-learning platform. The NLITED team recently made available on YouTube the introductory lectures from all of the currently complete modules – so you can see what is available without having to first register on the NLITED website. A good place to start might be these two modules:
