Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone knew of any specific reference for the images found here: http://radsite.lbl.gov/radiance/gallery/starlite.html
The source is listed as NASA for both the real and simulated images, and dates are given, but I cannot locate an actual report or presentation from which these images were taken.
My research has to do with taking pictures of spacecraft on-orbit, so I’m particularly interested in the accuracy of these Radiance simulations in comparison to what was actually imaged in space. If anyone has done anything similar, or knows of anyone who has, please let me know!
Thank you,
Clyde
This may help point you in the right direction,
Brian
