As far as I am aware of it, this source of knowledge got lost. Either you are lucky and find a copy in a local library, or you have to stay with what is available online.

As far as I am aware of it, this source of knowledge got lost. Either you
are lucky and find a copy in a local library, or you have to stay with what
is available online.
