rcollate - A new Radiance utility!

Hi Everyone,

Greg has written new utility for Radiance - rcollate. This utility enables
users to easily resize and transpose matrix data (text or binary). The
program was developed to ease the five-phase method workflow for
illuminance sensor points. It replaces awk and tr, which were only
available for unix type systems. Now you can perform the entire five-phase
method workflow on Windows.

Here's the manpage:

The five-phase tutorial has been updated to use the new utility and to
address a couple issues raised by Leyla (thanks!):

Many thanks to Greg!

Best,
Andy

Here's those links again without https, which causes a bad certificate
warning on some browsers. Sorry!
