Hi,

We are trying to get RwR for a while. At amazon it was possible to place
an order, but after months of waiting, the reply arrived today:

"Hello from Amazon.com.

We're sorry to report that we have cancelled the item from the order you
placed on (...):

Greg Ward Larson, Rob Shakespeare "Rendering With Radiance: The Art And
Science Of Lighting Visualization"

We cancelled this item from your order because we did not receive your
approval for the delay we experienced in fulfilling your order.
Although we strive to make our shipping and delivery estimates as
accurate as possible, in this case we were unable to ship within those
estimates. We apologize for the inconvenience."

So amazon cannot get the book any more. Is there any place where one can
order the book from?

It's supposed to be printed on demand, but the notoriously sloppy print-on-demand publisher Booksurge (an Amazon subsidiary) seems to have dropped it from their catalog, for some reason. So hang on--I think it'll be available again.

Perhaps a different printer is called for? Lulu.com has a good reputation.
