octree error

hi every body
I've recently installed my desktop radiance again, but unfortunatly when i
want to analyse, this error occurs : system- cannot open octree file "
filename.oct" : no such file or directory
Does anyone knows what is the problem?
thanks
Shailan

We're gonna need a little more info than that, again with the caveat that Desktop Radiance hasn't been officially supported in ages.

With that said, what exactly are you doing that produces the error message?

after i finish everything and click the render button, in order to analyse
and give me the result in the black page that shows the analyse processing
it writes the error and stops analysing

Apologies for stating the obvious. But just check that you don't have any blank spaces in any of your CAD layer names or drawing filename.
