Has anyone seen...?

The Kodak Autostereoscopic Desktop Display? Is it actually a usable thing?

They had one on display at Siggraph. It doesn't require you to wear special glasses, but you have to stick your whole head in it, so that hardly seems much of an advantage. I didn't get a chance to actually observe the image, as there were too many heads ahead of mine, and I didn't have enough time or patience to wait around. It doesn't seem very practical to me.
