DGP dgi and ugr are "-1.#IND00"

Dear Radiance experts,
I used evalglare to calculate GP dgi and ugr. However, the output results are "-1.#IND00".
Does anyone know what's the problem. Thank you very much in advance.

Jian

Dear Jian,

there could be many reasons, you should post a little bit more details (use evalglare with "-c testfile" and then afterwards "getinfo testfile" and post the header).
be sure that you use the latest evalglare version (1.04), the were some memory errors in the previous version 1.0.
you can check your version by evalglare -v.

Dear Jian,

I never had this before, but the command line expression in the header looks a little strange. But difficult to say without knowing the image.

Could you send me the image-file (or another one with the same behavior) directly to my email address [email protected] - then I can make some tests and will post the results again on the list.

Jan

p.s. from tomorrow I will bike in the alps, I have no access to email (or only limited)

Dear Jian,

it seems that the luminance values are very high (Ev>33000lux) and that there are some overflows of variables internally. I found no solution quickly, the only thing I found was using the old 0.9f version + vta doesn't show this behaviour.
I will have a look at this next week when I'm back in office.
