Cannot find rad4R0all.tar.gz

Dear radiance list,

I am unable to locate the rad4R0all.tar.gz file on radiance-online.org. When clicking download from this server on the front page I am redirected to a page where (under Download official release from this server) there is a new link, which when clicked, produces a message to the effect that the file is not found.
